Important: 

  • Tagging users and locations in your posts is only available for paid plans.
  • Locations and users can only be tagged on single image Auto Published posts
  • For Auto Publish video posts tagging users is unavailable.
  • Due to Instagram limitations only public Instagram profiles can be tagged.
  • Tagging is only available on desktop, not mobile.

Tagging users in your Instagram photos:

Step 1: Create your post (or open the post on your calendar).

Step 2: Click on + Tag People at the bottom of your photo.

Step 3: Click on the person in the photo, type in their @username on the right, and hit Save User Tag.

IMPORTANT: Instagram’s API limitations do not allow us to autocomplete or spellcheck usernames. This also means that we’re not able to make sure that you’ve spelled the names correctly. Also only public profiles will be automatically tagged, private user will not be automatically tagged so Double-check your tags before saving!

Add a location to your post:

Step 1: Create your post (or open the post on your calendar).

Step 2: Hit Add Location under the post image

Step 3: Start typing in your location, select it, and make sure to hit Save!
