There are a few reasons why you may experience issues uploading videos to Later. Here is a quick and easy 3-step checklist of the most common issues users see that prevent them from uploading video to their Later accounts:
In order for Later to upload videos correctly, we'll need you to have an upload speed of 1.0MB per second or faster!
Here's a great online tool to help you measure your internet speed.
Important: If it seems like everything is ok with your internet speed, please take a screenshot of the test results for us to include in our troubleshooting.
Correct Video Format
Before uploading videos to Later it's important to make sure they are within our required file type and file size guidelines.
Note: Videos must be 512MB or under in size and must be one of the following file types: MP4, QuickTime, 3GP, AAC, AVI and MPEG-2.
Important: If you are having trouble with a MOV file, you may need to convert it before uploading.
The Right Plan
Make sure you are on a paid Later plan in order to upload, schedule and publish videos. Check out our plans and what's included here.
